The process of getting a tutor with us is very simple! To get a tutor, click here and fill in the form. As soon as the form is submitted, one of our education managers will contact you via WhatsApp and E-mail to set up a call with you to better understand your child’s needs. They will then suggest a tutor who is a great fit for your child academically and socially, along with a tutoring schedule that meets your budget. 

Euler Education only does online tutoring. As digital learning becomes more mainstream, having an online tutor has proven to be a worthwhile investment due to the time and location flexibility of lessons, allowing the student and tutor to have tutoring sessions without the complexity and lack of flexibility of travelling!

Euler Education offers one of two payment plans for tutoring being:

  • A recurring monthly subscription for lessons for as long as the student needs tutoring, with a consistent discounted fee billed automatically once every month. The subscription amount depends on how many hours of tutoring your child needs per month, so the lower the amount of lessons, the lower the cost, and vice versa. The subscription is simple, it works just like Netflix or Spotify, but it’s tutoring instead! 😎
  • Lesson packages that can be purchased with a finite number of lessons. As soon as the lessons are all used up, you have the freedom to purchase another package to continue further with more lessons. The minimum number of lessons that can be purchased is 3 lessons.

 

All payments are processed securely with credit or debit cards through safe and secure payment gateways such as Yoco and Paystack.

The cost of the tutoring largely depends on your child’s needs. The lower the number of lessons, the lower the cost and vice versa. Sign up for a tutor here so that one of our education managers we can give you an overview of the fees for your child’s academic success!

Unused lessons up to an amount of 10 hours will be refunded if a refund is requested by the client within 40 days of the client being billed for lessons. 

If a client does not show up to a lesson without notifying the tutor that they will no longer need the lesson within 1 hour before the lesson’s scheduled time, the client will not be refunded for that particular lesson.

All refunds will be transferred via bank transfer, which should take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in the clients bank account.

Each child’s progress timeline is different, depending heavily on where they are academically. On average, our students start to see a 23% improvement in their Math & Physics marks within 3 months of working with us. 

You will be able to keep track of your child’s progress through weekly and biweekly progress communications and meetings respectively conducted by our support team and tutors. This will help you understand the strategies we are implementing on your child to help them improve and how they are performing, along with some of our feedback on how you as the parent can also further assist in ensuring that your children succeed.

If your child does not match well with their tutor for whatever reason, we will replace your tutor and also award you a free extra lesson. Do note that we have very high standards for our tutors, and only hire tutors who are brilliant both socially and academically. This has resulted in our clients staying with the first tutors we have matched them with 100% of the time!
